Biography

Jenny Kaplan, M.D. is a general surgery resident at UCSF and is currently spending two years as a research fellow pursuing clinical outcomes projects. Dr. Kaplan has a B.S. in neuroscience from UCLA and received her M.D. from Northwestern University in 2011. She currently a masters student in the UCSF Training in Clinical Research program, and is working to develop a care pathway for frail older adults after surgery.
